The newest addition to the Maine Properties, Inc. menu of services is our Infrared Technology. Maine Properties, Inc. has a licensed thermographer on staff to provide building diagnostic documentation including plumbing and building envelope water leakage, as-built and post-restoration conditions, and flood and fire or water-damaged material assessments.
