Incorporated in 1981, Maine Properties, Inc. has served the property management needs of the Greater Portland area for the past 30 years. This year marks our company’s 30th Anniversary of providing exceptional property management services, and at this milestone, as in our company history, we remain dedicated to the tradition of commitment to quality in all aspects of condominium association management, rental management, and maintenance/remodeling services.

Maine Properties, Inc. proudly announces that we have achieved the status of Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) as recognized by Community Associations Institute.  We join an elite group of companies holding the only national designation which recognizes an outstanding professional community association management company whose foundation is based on experience, professionalism, and continuing education.  Maine Properties, Inc. is the only management company in Maine to be awarded this accreditation, joining only four other AAMC management companies in New England.

Each member of the MPI property management staff is nationally certified through Community Associations Institute (CAI). All of our property managers hold CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Association Management Specialist) designations.  As well as CMCA and AMS designations, MPI's president, Pete Garrett, has earned the prestigious PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designation, the highest designation offered by Community Associations Institute.  In addition, Pete currently serves as vice-president of Community Associations Institute-New England. He publishes in the official publication of the New England chapter of CAI, Condo Media magazine.

All MPI property managers have at least ten years of management experience.
